This device combines a motion sensor and a light sensor, and has adjustable sensitivity, response time and illumination parameters.

The operation of a microwave motion sensor for illumination is based on the generation of high-frequency electromagnetic waves that are reflected from an object and returned back to the source of radiation.

Thanks to this modern technology, the sensor is accurate and sensitive, since it instantly responds to movements (even behind thin walls, windows, partitions or other obstacles, it can be mounted above a suspended ceiling, armstrong, etc., not necessarily direct visibility), and is triggered by greater distance. In addition, the performance of the sensor does not depend on the temperature of objects or the environment, and the device itself is compact in size and can be installed anywhere. All this distinguishes it from conventional infrared motion sensors.

The device (Microwave motion sensor) can be used as an automatic lighting switch, triggered by movement at the desired level of illumination, for example, to automatically turn on and off street lighting, lighting in the corridor, entrance, on the landing, any other passage places where only lighting is needed at the moment the person is found. It can be mounted in a lamp, under a lampshade, and you will get a ready-made lamp with a motion sensor.
